Step 2: The Consultation

This brief phone or video chat gives us a chance to connect, discuss your goals, and make sure we’re a good fit. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can ask anything — from scheduling to my approach to therapy.

Step 3: Your First Session

In our first full session, we’ll take time to explore what’s been going on for you and what you’d like to get out of therapy. I’ll learn more about your story, strengths, and challenges, and together we’ll start setting meaningful goals. My approach is collaborative — you lead the way, and I’m here to walk beside you with compassion and curiosity.

Step 4: Building Consistency & Growth
